Welcome to www.vrihora.com (“Website”, “we”, “us”, “our”), owned and operated as VRIHORA by HRV Trends, a GST-registered business based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By accessing this Website, creating an account, placing an order, or interacting with us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or any other channel, you (“user”, “customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

1.1 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or using this Website under supervision of a parent/legal guardian, to place an order.
  • By using this Website you confirm that all information you provide (name, address, contact details) is accurate and current.

1.2 Nature of Products

  • VRIHORA sells imitation and fashion jewellery — including but not limited to necklaces, earrings, bangles, bracelets, mangalsutra, rings, anklets (payal), saree pins, and jewellery accessories.
  • Unless a specific product listing expressly states otherwise, no product contains real gold, silver, diamonds, or precious/semi-precious stones. All items are artificial/imitation jewellery, often plated or finished to resemble traditional designs.
  • “Anti-Tarnish” products are treated with a protective coating designed to slow discoloration under normal use; this is a finish, not a permanent guarantee (see Section 21 — Anti-Tarnish Care Disclaimer).

1.3 Product Listings, Pricing & Availability

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • We take reasonable care to ensure prices and descriptions are accurate; however, in the event of a genuine pricing or listing error, VRIHORA reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
  • Product images are representative. Minor variation in colour or finish may occur due to photography lighting, screen calibration, or manufacturing batch — this is not treated as a defect (see Section 20 — Product Disclaimer).
  • VRIHORA reserves the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit order quantities at its discretion, without prior notice.

1.4 Orders & Payments

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which VRIHORA may accept or decline (e.g., in cases of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors).
  • We accept UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards (via our payment gateway partner), and Cash on Delivery (COD) where serviceable.
  • An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully received (for prepaid orders) or COD confirmation is completed.

1.5 Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Please refer to our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy and Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed terms. In brief: online orders placed through vrihora.com, Instagram, or WhatsApp with home delivery are eligible for return/exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to conditions. Purchases made in person (exhibitions, home visits, offline sales) are final sale — no return or exchange — as stated on the physical sale bill.

1.6 Intellectual Property

  • The VRIHORA name, logo, brand identity, product photography, website content, graphics, and design elements are the property of VRIHORA/HRV Trends and are protected under applicable Indian trademark and copyright law.
  • No part of this Website — including images, text, or design — may be copied, reproduced, scraped, or reused for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

1.7 User Conduct

By using this Website you agree not to:

  • Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data
  • Post or transmit fraudulent, abusive, or harmful content
  • Misuse VRIHORA’s brand name, logo, or product images without permission
  • Place fraudulent orders or misuse the COD facility (repeated refusal without valid cause)

1.8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, VRIHORA’s total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for that specific product. VRIHORA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays/failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control (natural disasters, courier disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, internet/platform outages).

1.9 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Subject to applicable consumer-forum rights, courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

1.10 Changes to These Terms

VRIHORA may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date”. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance.
