VRIHORA’s Anti-Tarnish jewellery is manufactured using a protective plating/coating process designed to slow down natural oxidation and discoloration compared to standard imitation jewellery.

21.1 What Anti-Tarnish Means

  • The coating reduces the rate of blackening/colour change under normal daily-wear conditions
  • It is a protective finish, not a permanent, indefinite guarantee against all tarnishing
  • Longevity of the anti-tarnish effect depends on frequency of wear, climate/humidity, skin chemistry, and adherence to care instructions

21.2 To Maximise Anti-Tarnish Life

  • Avoid contact with water, sweat, perfume, and cosmetic products
  • Remove before bathing, swimming, sleeping, or exercising
  • Store in an airtight pouch away from humidity and direct sunlight
  • Clean only with a soft, dry cloth — never use chemical cleaners or polishing liquids

21.3 What Is Not Covered

Colour change or tarnishing resulting from failure to follow the above care instructions, extended exposure to water/chemicals, or normal wear over an extended period, is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for replacement under the Warranty Policy (Section 7).
