As imitation/fashion jewellery, VRIHORA products do not carry a traditional metal-content or lifetime warranty applicable to fine/real jewellery. However, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship as follows:

7.1 Manufacturing Defect Warranty — 7 Days

If a product arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect (e.g., broken clasp, missing stone at delivery, faulty finish visible on unboxing), VRIHORA will offer a free replacement or full refund, provided the issue is reported with photo/video evidence within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp (9714555365).

7.2 What Is NOT Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage from water, perfume, sweat, or chemical contact
  • Colour fading or tarnishing due to improper storage or care (see Jewellery Care Policy)
  • Damage caused by accidental drops, misuse, or alteration by the customer or a third-party jeweller
  • Items purchased offline (exhibitions/home visits), which are sold as final sale

7.3 How to Claim

Share your Order ID, a clear description of the defect, and photo/video proof via WhatsApp (9714555365) within 7 days of delivery. Approved claims are resolved by replacement (subject to stock) or refund.
