22.1 Availability

Cash on Delivery is available on most serviceable pin codes across India, subject to courier partner serviceability at the time of order.

22.2 Terms

• Customers must keep exact change ready at the time of delivery, where possible
• A confirmation call or OTP verification may be required before dispatch for high-value COD orders
• COD orders are eligible for the same 7-day return/exchange policy as prepaid orders

22.3 COD Order Refusal / RTO

Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason (e.g., 2 or more instances) may result in the COD facility being restricted for future orders from that customer, who may then be asked to place prepaid orders only.

22.4 COD Refunds

For approved returns on COD orders, refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer using details provided by the customer, within 5-7 business days of the returned item passing inspection.
