This policy applies to any content submitted by customers or followers, including product reviews, photos, videos, testimonials, comments, or content shared via social media tagging @vrihora (“User Generated Content” or “UGC”).

12.1 License to Use

By submitting a review, tagging @vrihora, or sending us content (via WhatsApp, email, comments, or DMs) for the purpose of a testimonial, review, or feature, you grant VRIHORA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce, display, and share that content on our website, social media, marketing material, and packaging, with appropriate credit where reasonably identifiable (e.g., first name, Instagram handle).

12.2 Standards for Submitted Content

• Must be your own original content or content you have rights to share
• Must not contain offensive, defamatory, or unlawful material
• Must relate genuinely to your experience with a VRIHORA product or service

12.3 Moderation

VRIHORA reserves the right to edit UGC for length/formatting (without changing its meaning), or to decline to feature any content, at its sole discretion.

12.4 Opt-Out

If you would like previously shared content removed from our channels, please contact vrihora@gmail.com and we will action the request within a reasonable time.
